• ​All cats/kittens that are available for sale with standard sales contract.
• All kittens leave SphynxmxCatt at least at 10 weeks old or older.
   
• Kittens that are listed in our available kittens page will be posted if they are still available or reserved.
   
• If you're looking for an specific color and you dont see it here. Please contact us we might send you with one of our known reputable breeders     and friends.
   
• We reserve the right of refusal for sale of any kitten/cat.
   
• All our pet kittens will be spayed/neutered before leaving our cattery. If you wish to have a kitten with breeding rights please contact us.
   
• If you already choose your future Sphynx kitten you have to secure said kitten, this can be done by putting down a $300 (USD) deposit on a specific kitten which will goes towards to the overall price of the kitten.
   
• Deposit are non-refundable.
   
• If you wish to adopt any of our available kittens please fill out our Adoption Form HERE.
   
• If a cat must be shipped within Canada or the USA, the buyer pays the cost of shipping, which might be an additional $130 to $350 per create.
   
• We will not reserve a flight until payment has been received. We ship out of Continental Airlines in the USA as they offer the quick pack system. This system ensures the kitten will not endure any harsh temperature within their travel. For Canada we work with Air Canada.
• We do NOT accept money orders or personal checks.

• Only To HOLD the kitten we will accept payments with PAYPAL USA, please add 3% for Paypal fees, the rest will be paid before DELIVERY.
• For our customers in Mexico we work with Bancomer.
• For ALL our customers we charge $300.00 USD to hold the kitten, to prepare for last vaccines, spay/neuter and last veterinary check up for health guarantee, also will give us the security is a serious inquiry.
• As soon as we receive the deposit you will receive a receipt explaining what the transaction was for, the name and information of the selected kitten with our address, and contact info.

We fully discourage the inhumane procedure of de-clawing. We feel that people are un-informed about the violent procedure and what is involved with de-clawing. We recommend alternative options, such as trimming their claws with a pet nail trimmer, scratching posts or the use of Soft-Claws, which cover the claws lasting between four to six weeks and come in stylish colors.
